By purchasing and using services from Increase Digital, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

2. Increase Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or performance results.

3. Service results may fluctuate due to algorithm updates, market conditions, or third-party platforms.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

1. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information required for service execution.

2. The Buyer is responsible for the legality and compliance of their website, content, and business.

3. Delays caused by incomplete information from the Buyer may affect delivery timelines.

5. Revisions & Changes

1. Revisions are limited according to the selected service package.

2. Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

3. Requests for changes must be submitted before service execution begins.

6. Third-Party Platforms

1. Increase Digital is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, publishers, or media.

2. Removal, modification, or suspension by third parties is beyond our control.

3. Any third-party policy changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All deliverables become the Buyer’s property after full payment is completed.

2. Increase Digital reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Increase Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer.

9. Termination

1. Increase Digital reserves the right to terminate services if the Buyer violates these Terms & Conditions.

2. Termination does not entitle the Buyer to any refund for completed or ongoing services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
